Training Programs

The aim of the education and training system, that is designed to be implemented all across PETSA, is to increase employee’s added-values in the organization by enhancing their both personal skills and services. With education programs, equal opportunity is provided to everyone in PETSA company for learning and improving. The main objective of the education programs held within the group is to increase technical knowledge and skill level of the task that the employee is yet already carrying out; bring in the technical data and ability that they would need in the following task associated with their career plan.
